3.19 Missing GM bug

Every time I try to give this stupid new patch another chance, I'm always let down...

Here, I tried to beeline Ecconomics. I was the first, as can clearly be seen from the tech info screens. Yet I was never given my free GM. I also checked the log, and it doesn't even show up in there either. I am lost...

I took another look, and I see it now. Justinian is an 8'th player which hasn't been discovered yet, so he doesn't show up on any of the menus. Yet... it looks like if you do pay close attention to the logs, you could pick up some (secret?) info like this on someone you haven't even met yet.
