Reduce it to something like 7 players. 7 players is, in my opinion, the maximum amount of players that a PBEM can manage to run smoothly.

    Ok, sounds good.

If you want an 18-civ game, it's better if you use Pitboss instead. The only issue with those pitbosses is finding hosts for them.

I think you should ask the mods to change the title, otherwise the audience may not increase.

    I'm interested, why not!

On Civs, I'll get back on this one, having a little think!

My only slight concern is that Praetorians might prove a little bit OTT on these settings? Ah well, they're not aggressive at least? :)

    I've never been aggressive before....

...but then I've never played Rome before :mischief:

Actually, I've only just noticed the map changed from huge to standard.
    I might rethink this...

is this game open for joining still? If so, I would like to participate.
I have no specific preferences for civs, howeve, should I submit those, I would pick:

    1. Sitting Bull
    2. Pericles
    3. (random pick - I really do not care)

I am able to play every day. GMT+1 (central Europe). Monarch difficulty
