I love the face, I love the beard, I love the shape of the hat... I cannot say I love the texture of the clothes and the hat though, oh and I love the background as well. Great job though

Btw, did you skin the beard to any of the bones (I'm assuming you exported this from Blender, not just NIF editing) so it kinda bends as he moves?

In fact I just modified cyrus original beard, so it is stick to the original beard bone.
