Proposal:
One of the criticisms about Bronze Working was about the Spearman not being cost effective against barbarians, relative to the Warrior. For almost twice the cost, its combat strength (12
CS) against them was close to the Warrior's with Brute Force (10.64
CS), and in a time when you're likely still without the Barracks and other means of ensuring promotions on the Spearman. This proposal is meant to fix this issue with the unit, placing its effective combat strength to 15.96
CS against barbarians and giving it a clearer edge over the Warrior.
