If we accept the trade with Sancta they will gain catapults and destroy our allies. I told Sancta that we have no immediate use for the trade since we are busy building stuff and aren't ready to build markets etc yet. They said it is limited time offer (about 1-2 turns).
I think the Kaz trade is good, though, and hope someone has told them what we will do.
