45 x 45 dds?

I'm making a new faction, some files that're giving me trouble is the 45x45 dds files. Namely, because the Nvidia plugin for photoshop insists that this is an impossible size for dds, as it is not a multiple of four. How does one then save files as 45x45 dimensions?

These are for atlases that can contain multiple icons, so just stretch the canvas to make it a bigger atlas with a multiple of 4 (i.e., 180x180), leaving your icon in the upper left.
