Shared expiry conditions:
Proposal: Remove the quest timer from all above quests
Rationale: The other condition is enough. These are also global quests which don't stop the CS from giving other personal quests.

- CS is no longer alive
- CS has lost its Capital
- 50 turns have passed
- Camp has been destroyed by someone else
- 50 turns have passed
- The antiquity site has been dug up by someone else
- 50 turns have passed
- Someone else has circumnavigated the world
