+5% for Great Builder when no Great Builder exists

My Great Builder was spent on a wonder, which was then completed or was stolen (not sure which). But my production still says I have +5% for a Great Builder. Looking at my culture tab, I can see that I have no Great People remaining. Bug!

I got this too. Great Library I think. I think what happened is the wonder became obsolete before we built it, so I didn't lose my great people, but the wonder frame disappeared so I can't get them back.
