1) I noticed in the online game walkthrough from last week (w/ 2KGreg), that you could name units. I have not been able to do this, though I can name cities. Is this feature just lacking or is it just me?
2) Is there any way to 'rush' units with gold, or can you ONLY buy them from the very start of production?
3) Is there any sort of 'auto-bombard' setting for cities? I'm getting kinda tired of telling a city of mine to attack barbarian galleys who come into the tile every other turn.
4) I was playing as the French, and enjoying the background music (especially the Debussy). Then, the music changed to a sad violin piece (which I think was because my civ was unhappy), and stayed that way for two hours! Though the 4 minute song was nice, it got really infuriating after the third repetition, and by then, my CIV was happy again, but the music never changed back until I reloaded. Anyone else notice this?
5) If you have X number of culture points for a social policy, is it wise to save these points and not get a new policy so that by the time you have Y number of culture points, you can get two social policies for the first price instead of an inflated second price?
