50 civ dll for Vanilla?

    Doe anyone have a 50 civ dll that will work with vanilla civ?

    It is impossible to have more than 18 civs in vanilla, even with a dll.

    If I'm not mistaken, this was the reason why RFC for vanilla had only 18 civs.
