How can I increase the frame rate? There are restrictions in the game, where can I remove it? It's painful to play on the ipad pro

Yes you can, change options in GraphicsOptions.txt :

Vsync -> 0
PerformanceImpact -> -1
RefreshRateInHz -> 120
