Counterproposal of:

Current Sabotage City Production:
Remove 10 Turns of :c5production: Production from the City's current production progress.
Cost: 1000 NP

Proposed version:
Target City cannot invest in or build Buildings, National Wonders, World Wonders, and Projects for 5 turns.
Cost: 1000 NP

Same reason as the OG proposal.
Including buildings to make it complete (no need for complex checks in the code and make the mission slightly more impactful since the target can't fall back to a building).
Including building investments so no extra UI work is needed to stop invested but blocked buildings from appearing in the queue. And there's no point to invest anyway (noob-proof).

Also there's a typo on the mission name ("Producion") and now I can't unsee it.

Forgot to mention in the OP that the mission name shouldn't be changed, unlike (7-20). Typo needs to be fixed though.
