[Vote] (7-37) Remove Faith -> Production Conversion From The Order Building

Current: The Order follower building does a lot:

• When you construct a Military Unit in the City, gain Faith equal to 10% of the Unit's Production cost
• Gain 10% of the Cost of any Faith Purchase as Production in this City.
• Land Military Units produced in the City gain the Morale Promotion [Heroic Epic promotion]
• Increases City Combat Strength by 3 and Bombard Strength by 10%
• Boosts Pressure emanating from this City by 25%
• -1 Unhappiness from Distress

Proposal: Remove the second bullet point.

Discussion: When GPP purchasing this can allow for a huge Production steroid like a mini (depending on how high the Faith cost) Great Engineer. It also overlaps with the Indulgences belief. Generally its too good considering all the other stuff the building gives, and doesn't really fit into that "military building" niche for me.
