7.7 can't promote

I'm playing Marathon with Greece. I have flag promotions disabled. I cleared my cache etc. When my hoplite was promoted it won't let me promote the unit. I can click on any of the promotions but nothing happens and I can't go on.

I did a quick save and exited to the main menu. I then loaded the saved game with no luck I still can't promote my unit.

It seems this is an unexpected side-effect of disabling flag promotions. I've moved some files from the FP folder to the Core folder to hopefully improve modularity. I've had a report that the game works fine with flag promotions enabled, so try it and see what happens.
