This is not an empire builder in anyway, The AI will be given as little as possible to choose from and from civ to civ some variety. If it can be coaxed it to build these wonders over a basic unit then we have manipulated in the way that I am looking at it.
 
I wouldn't check the army options though unless you have a specific purpose.
If an Army can be loaded, can it be unloaded?

If it can it might be a way to compensate for some transport limitations.

Are we limited to what can be an Army?

I want to break the barrier of transportation limits and reduce or eliminate the end turn on unload like the Amphibious attribute

I think I fully understand now. Sounds interesting. I play a bit of multiplayer so I'd definietly give it a wurl. Can't promise any help though other than discussion of ideas. Too often in the past I've promised help to others but the reallity is I have almost no time for my own projects let alone time to help others.

Re armies the only way I know of to unload from them is the upgrade method. There is a thread around somewhere but I can't find it now. I've never used it but I beleive it works like this. Upgrade a unit and the units loaded in it will be unloaded. Probably not all that useful for your purpose though.

It sucks that transports can't be transports. I had a plan to use that in a mod a while back and was very disipointed to discover it doesn't work.

EDIT: How about some creative use of airfields and/or teleport for getting around the globe quickly?
 
Would it make any sense to capture from what few defending units exist and receive a HMMVEE transpot. If this could work less movement points would be used on travel and be directed on attacks.

The Blitz ability means you have as many attacks as movement points yes?

Thanks for the reply and appologise that so much time has passed.
I essentually want to strip the AI down to the Bare minimum, if he must produce a single unit type to prevent the game from crashing then that is most it will do.
I need the AI to regard building "Wonders" as a top priority how ever this is acheived.

These wonders should contain the incentives to be built, but when we see the Title of these "Wonders" we see something like "KIlls 80% of the Entire Population".
Maybe before he builds that one, he builds "A protective Dome over his Country" Wonder:dunno:
