+1:c5production:, +1:c5faith: to all adjacent non-GPTI improvements.
Increases WLTKD from Great Merchants, Hurry Production of Great Engineers, and discover technology of Great Scientists

Tech Boosts (unchanged from OG)
+1:c5production:, +1:c5culture: at Iron Working
+1:c5faith:, +1:c5science: at Theology

New Deal Boost: +6 :c5production:

Rationale: I like the concept of this unique GPTI separate from the other ones. Its a neat concept. But I do think the bonus are way too complex right now. Its better to just focus the Celts on a theme, and give them simple but good yields to work on that theme. In this case I have focused on prod and faith as those core yields.

EDIT: I have changed the adjacent yields to be prod and faith (rather than gold and food).

I would go for +1:c5food:, +1:c5production: instead of +1:c5food:, +1:c5gold:, since production is the most represented yield among bonus to regular improvement from the base Oppidum. It is even present on the most spammable improvement, namely the farm, the mine, and the lumber mill.

I feel like that steps on India a bit much with their farms.

How about the New Deal bonuses on it? Does everyone like them all receiving hammers(on top of Civil Society's food)? Being both a UI and a GPTI lets it pick up both bonuses from Freedom but it kind of overlaps with Order.
I was thinking about having 3 otherwise identical variants that inherit the yields of the GP that built them, or changing the single oppidum to a different yield entirely(faith/culture/GAP?) I'm not sure if those would be balanced or if this distinction is even important enough to make that late in the game.

for clarification, The Oppidum currently gets :c5production: from New Deal. The tenet gives GPTIs +6 of "their respective yield", but since Oppida give a little bit of everything I just gave it :c5production:

Didn't seem like something to bother worrying about. Maybe :c5food: would be the most appropriate.

New Deal now lists the yield type for every GPTI. It's clear that Ordo "replaces" the Citadel, but Oppidum doesn't replace anything so maybe we need to specify it?

Also the policy text is missing a period at the end. Literally unplayable.

Increases WLTKD from Great Merchants, Hurry Production of Great Engineers, and discover technology of Great Scientists
So proposed Oppidum won't have it anymore? That would be a huge nerf, not just simplification. If it's just an oversight and the only difference is yields to adjanced improvements then I like it and will vote for it.

oversight I'll add it back in

Since it is buildable by 3 GP which have dedicated yields, namely engineer :c5production:, scientist :c5science:, and merchant :c5gold:, and 6 can be divided by 3...
Do you think New Deal could give 2:c5production:, 2:c5science:, 2:c5gold: ?

There is no difference in total yield for the improvement, all it does is shifting yields.

Oh well, I just made a very similar counterproposal.
The only difference now is that I added a shift to New Deal's bonus.

The one with different yields for different improvements?
Yes, different yields are better.
As someone who plays the celts a lot I don't find the original oppidium "too complex"; it gives different bonuses depending on the adjacent improvement and honestly i do not like the boringifying/streamlining line of thought that would strip every unique civ of what makes it unique and make every civ just a reskin of the others.

Adjacency bonus depending on improvements is what makes it interesting. Why turning it into a boring one?

Because it's text bloat? The tooltip easily goes off screen on smaller resolution.
