Rationale: I like the concept of this unique GPTI separate from the other ones. Its a neat concept. But I do think the bonus are way too complex right now. Its better to just focus the Celts on a theme, and give them simple but good yields to work on that theme. In this case I have focused on prod and faith as those core yields.
EDIT: I have changed the adjacent yields to be prod and faith (rather than gold and food).
