Entering rival territory and plundering trade routes there is disgusting. Having all 3 instant yield triggers makes the unit great as is.

Having to count the number of buildings before constructing the Riad is undesirable. There shouldn't be a case where you want to delay this. It's also somewhat hard to word without deviating from the standard wordings.
