The point of this proposal is to remove that swingyness and give 1 consistent number, so this 1 promotion doesn’t quadruple in value in combination with 2-3 other promotions.

Yes if you’re usng March you should always combine it with medic, that’s just smart play. So when your debating balance those are the values to use
