Would you change Ordo to "refill moves once per turn per unit" rather than "+1 moves"?

My preferences in order:
1. consume no moves when traveled across
2. +1 move once per turn per unit
3. refill moves once per turn per unit

Any of these are better than what we have and I'm ok with any of them. I realize that certain ones might be easier to implement.

I think you're vastly underestimating the power of double attack and skirmishers. But if that proposal passes and its a nerf to logistics then we may need to alter this proposal a bit.
PDAn's concern is warranted to a point. When we first looked at this we did a lot of math analysis. And the trick with logistics is there are certain thresholds where yes your damage drops sharply and you actually do less damage than 1 solid hit....that is a concern with -30% RCS against decently high CS units.

The concern is valid but at least right now with no RCS penalty, the double attack is insanely strong. How much of a nerf it needs is a valid question. I proposed just moving to logistics which right now has 30% which I think is reasonable especially since you gain XP so fast with the double attack that you quickly get promos to mitigate that 30%.

My view is that "+1 move", while existing as a column, is not intuitive to the generic player. If the Ordo is connected by a road (why wouldn't it?) and your unit has full moves (so 3/3 for a 2-move unit) while getting away from it, the max move gets reset to normal (2/2) and the unit actually gets less than 1 move in effect (but notably a better effect than refill moves here).

Does that include AI support?

Have you ever known KC to skip the AI part?

I sponsor the database part, then.
