Hopefully not. But if it ends being, we have at least two immediate ways of tuning it down:

• Lowering the culture-to-yield percentage
• Changing from GWAM birth to Great General/Admiral birth

I'd say the latter is more thematic for the Dojo than the GWAM birth. Do you prefer this approach? I'm thinking of making it as follows:

"On Great General or Great Admiral birth in this City, gain 100% of your Culture per turn as Science and Culture."

, which mirrors the " Science and Culture from combat XP" part of the Dojo in yields and theme.

That totally addresses my concern and as you say I think it works better with the theme. Good idea.

• Amendment 2:
  • Dojo gains an adapted version of Kabuki's GWAM birth that procs on Great General/Admiral birth instead, yields adjusted.
  • Rationale adjusted accordingly.

Im not sure if ScalingFromOwnedImprovements affects GWAM
