Again your companionship with the French has surpassed your obligation to the UNSA. The fact that you actively are pursuing a French policy in North America is disturbing and borders traitorous. Its quite clear you have been working towards this civil war for some time, smuggling weapons through to the Quebecois and dealing with the French.

And finally the most important factor is that you are pushing for the transfer of Quebec from your supposed-ally to yourself. You are actually forcing your ally to hand over territory to you with the threat of military action by not just yourselves, but the French as well.

And in preparation for this war, you leaked the technologies of flight that the UNSA researched to your French allies. This we have evidence for.

Exactly what is this evidence Virginia? Haiti has been wondering if NE and France were continueing to make deals after they annexed Morocco together, and we would like to know if it is true if NE and France are conspiring together.

So are the peoples of Virginia, happy and prosperous.

New England is not an oldest ally, and we are not desperate. We do have proof, and will gladly share it with all who ask. Virginia meddles in affairs of North America, which are very much within our scope.

We obviously do not want war as we have made no declaration as such. Your provocation is unnecessary and tiresome.

If you even try to march on Richmond, you will find it much harder and much more difficult than our allies did on their march on Paris. We will not give up, nor will we acquiesce as quickly as the French did.
