A Brave New World

All it said was "nice..."

To: Kentucky
From: King Richard II

No matter how strongly you feel about something, diplomacy requires a degree of cordialness. It is the only way to conduct effective diplomacy. Insults are the last resort of children and will lead to further escalation of a situation. We will not correspond with any nation that cannot conduct diplomacy in a polite manner. We ask that you formally and publically apologize for comments. We will not respond to any more diplomacy from Kentucky until we receive such apology.

To: Franklin
From: King Richard II

We have more pressing matters then dealing with you at this time. We are withdrawing our forces from your country. We also offer you a five year non-aggression treaty

To: Tennessee

To: Haiti
From: King Richard II

We condemn your act of piracy. Those were innocent men with families that you killed. We are joining the international force to punish you. We will show your ship crews the same mercy you showed our innocent sailors.

To Carolina
From Kentucky:

We will not apologize for our comments. All men are created equal from our poorest farmer to your so called king. If your king is a true gentlemen as he says he is then he will duel for his honor like a real man and not send his diplomats as he cries at every mean word thrown his way.

It would appear then you will not be dealing with diplomacy from Kentucky for a very long time until you realize that we are all equal men whose opinions will be heard regardless of their cordialness or not.

From: Tennesee
To: Virginia and Carolina

There is no need to fear for your own safety. Our troops will not pass north of Georgia's current borders. We are willing to speak with both of you in private should you like too.

We also believe it is time the Franklin decide for themselves if they would like to join Kentucky, be independent or join any other nation on its border in a pleblicite.

To: France
From: Tennessee

To Tennessee
CC: Kentucky, Georgia
From King Robert of Virginia

Your invasion of Georgia is illegal and easily aggressive. While we understand your sentiments on rebellious provinces, invading a peaceful and soveriegn nation such as Georgia, without prior diplomacy, is abominable. Virginia calls for a cease fire so that the parties at war can meet and come to some sort of agreement that benefits all. Virginia would be more than happy to mitigate such a meeting and opens her doors at Richmond.

To: Virginia
From: Georgia

We ask you to send aid. We have been invaded by the warmongering Jackson and his army of scum. His claim on Georgian lands will not be given in to. We will not lose.
To: The People and Military of Georgia

To: Tennessee
From: Georgia

New protectors? You only wish harm to the people of Georgia. You take our land and attack us after talks of peace. Tennessee will burn for this aggressive act. Unless you wish to withdraw and remove your claims.

OCC: @human-slaughter No I don’t have AIM, MSN or any other similar service. I find them too annoying as people tend to ping me constantly. I do all my diplomacy through PM. I usually active between 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM CST and will respond quickly to PMS during this time.

While we will concede your right to the Mississippi Territory through conquest.. We cannot possibly accept conquest of Georgia as well. We along with some of your neighbors would feel threatened by such conquest. We recommend offering Georgia a peace were Georgia maintains control over Georgia but cedes the Mississippi territory to you.

France urges that Tennessee consider this proposal. The Mississippi territory is fine, and movements into Georgia might prove more difficult to handle than anything. Furthermore, France wishes for conflict to end right on its border.

The Georgians are stubborn in their negotiations. They have no will to turnover the Mississippi Territory. They wish for us to pull back to the status Quo which is intolerable. If Carolina and her allies could talk some sense into Georgia we would be happy to enter negotiations over peace at current borders.

Our territory is not a play thing for Governor Jackson to do with as he pleases. You are the aggressor and you will lose this war.

The next update will be Sunday. Get those orders in.
