well, I was thinking, what if, instead of advertising completed mods, to hel inspire all those people who like only have a single post to participate in the communty, that the works in progress in the Creation,a nd Customization forum were advertised on the main page- I know I would enjoy more input on my scenario, and I;m sure most others would like more on there projects as well- as really, only a handful of people are actually active in the area commenting, and criticizing each others work, and helping... I think if more attention was brought into making what is in progree better while its in production, scenarios could be even better then they are now

I think not. Who would post them on the main page? TF is currently doing the completed mods on the main page, and thats good enough for most in C&C. If the people with only one post were intrested in mods and making them better then they would have posted their opions in the threads. BTW just wait until Thorgrimm has finished all the mods he has planned (12 I belive it was at last count) and then you'll see mods get better, trust me.

anyway, as for why,because most of them dont post there anyway, thats why, this would be to help boost participation from them in out little community, lest they be drawn into the shady downtown street corner that is OT

as for mods- so what about Thorgrimm, hes not the only creator, and frankly, since I havent even seen any threads about whathes doing, I cant exactlety comment on the quality- but more views, and suggestions never hurt projects such as these- and brinign more attention to them, and welcoming new people to stop by, and give a suggestion ot two couldnt hurt

as for who would post them- the other mods could do it, its not like TF is the only person who can post somthing on the main page ya know

I have played Throgrimm's War Of The Worlds scenario (which there is a thread for), and I promise you, it is of great quality. Your idea would probably croud the front page, and upset many people when they discover mods they have been waiting for have been abandoned.

@MC, could you possibly post/PM me that list? I would be very interested in seeing it...

I assure you post and am in there more often then you, it is where I spend most of my time now a days.

I am fully aware of that the other mods can post on the front page.

I do not have a list of them, you'll have to ask him for the full list as he only told me it once during one of our IM conversations. Heres what I rember: Fall out (is next in line to be done), then a WOTW mod based on the movie WOTW, then a Harry Tutle Dove book (contact I belive), and the Lost regiment series (9). Those are the only ones I rember.
BTW the reason the mod is so good is because he hates it when a gameing company release a game before it's done and all bugs have been squashed (he's mentioned it to me at least 20 times )
