[BTS] A bug with defensive pact

I'in aiming at diplomatic victory. The poll is going to be very tight unless I can make Lincoln vote for me. Lincoln and Darius had a defensive pact which gave them +2 diplo bonus. Two turns earlier I bribed Lincoln against Sury so the pact is canceled.

Yet diplomatic bonus from the pact remains.

Is it meant to work that way or is it a bug? I'm using BUFFY 19.004 so it can be just an interface bug while the bonus actually is gone.
Btw there is no option to bribe Izzy into war. Does it have something to do with my forcing her to make peace with Sury through UN?

I think there is a delay up to max 20 turns. Check out DanF's xml spreadsheet and contact delays.

Yes, there is the usual 10 turn peacetreaty delay also after UN peace resolution.

There are just two attributes related to DP iDefensivePactAttitudeChangeLimit and iDefensivePactAttitudeDivisor. The latter determines how fast the bonus builds up. There is nothing about fading in its description.
