A certain war doctrine

I heared about a secret doctrine that was written about 2-3 years ago by a council which involved guys like Rumsfeld, Wolfolitz (or whetever) and George Bushes brother whose name I lost too.
It was called the Wolfolitz doctrine, and it supported the idea of the US conquering the entire world, starting with the middle-east.

Can anybody tell me about this?

I was pretty shocked as well, but I gave it the benevit of doubt.
A Dutch ex-foreign minister told it in a news program, and I wondered it was true and what is known about it.

About the doctrine itself i aint sure ,but i know Wolfowitz has a substantial influence on how bush think's.

Wolfowitz wrote a doctrine after the Gulf war about using the military might in US intresst. It was hoever refine to not be that strong in laguage. A lot of what he wrote, including pre-emption & so is now offical policy. You could prop search the Net for it.

I do however not belive it say US shall concure the world. Bu to look after it's intresst.

Dick Cheney knows all about this, having made fortunes rebuilding Kuwaiti Oil infrastructure in the wake of Desert Storm, as the head of Halliburton. From Halliburton's website:

'in the aftermath of Operation Desert Storm in Kuwait in 1991, Halliburton helped bring 320 burning oil wells under control'.

Sweet contract. I understand that this time all postwar reconstruction contracts will go to American companies, and some British subcontractors.

Cheney says Saddam will bomb all Iraq's oil wells. He says this will happen at the onset of war. He says special US forces will be sent to try and prevent this from happening. He says many interesting things.
