There was a request for some alternate history units. This included a Ballista Mammoth, a Siege Mammoth, and a Gun Mammoth. This represents my first real foray into the unit-making world.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a good Gun Elephant, so here's the Ballista Mammoth and the Siege Mammoth in all of their glory.

    Get them here!

    European ones too!

First attempts in unit making? -> great :goodjob:.

Not sure if southeast asian mammoths make too much sense, they'd die due to the heat...but wait...don't talk about sense here :D.

I think there was somewhere a gun elephant...did not Kathy transplant there something :hmm:?

    ^Nope... viking Mammoths ;)

For some reason, I believe it would look better with viking mammoths than viking elephants. Viking elephants just looks silly, as the elephants would not have survived up here. It's too cold... I (a Norwegian) already miss summer. So for that reason, I believe that for flavour and fun and "realistic" units (think about it, if the vikings hade some sort of cavalry like that, would it be elephant or mammoth)

I made a Gaelic War Mammoth(Essentially the Firaxis European War Elephant with a reskin) and Norse Ballista Mammoth(Credit to CoffeeJunkie for the original unit). The Siege Elephant is rather finicky. It resulted in me quitting after a bit of time.

I did a mammoth a long time ago and some updated the tusks to be longer like a mastadon. you may want to hunt around for it.

Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I can't find it.
