I'm in the process of making a scenario with some classic fantasy races (and one of my own) fighting for domination of a large pangea land. Here are the civs....

Elves: On the verge of war with the Orcs, the Elves are a peaceful civ, but ready to defend itself when necessary. Their military specializes in its skilled bowmen known as Elven Archers.
Humans: The Men have quite a large military capable of overthrowing many cities. They have incredible foot soldiers which are top-rated in the field of battle.
Amazons: A previously unknown race, the Amazons are a tribe of warrior-women (half-dwarf, half-human) hungry for a battle with the Humans. They build special female warriors.
Orcs: Bred for total war, the Orc empire is in chaos, with a new leader fighting his way to the top every month. The Orcs have a huge army but their men are weak, and their troops unloyal to the point of selling themselves as mercenaries to the enemy.
Dwarves: Great in combat, the Dwarves build thier armies mainly on their special axemen, the Dwarven Raider.
Desert Sashans: The biggest empire in this strange world is the Sashan Empire. Built mainly in the desert, they are ruled by a peaceful but stupid Caliph who is completely ignorant to the threats on every side of him. Their military is weak and is used mainly for parades around the capitol building.
United Barbarian Tribes: The newest civ on this world, the UBT is a warlike organization ready to defend itself mainly against the conquests of The Empire.
The Empire: Ruled by Empress Meluna, The Empire prides itself in its large military and bountiful nation. The Empire has colonies all over the world and takes pleasure in raiding the villages of the barbarians.

Any ideas for city lists, units, improvments, wonders, etc I'd be happy to hear. :)

This sounds cool and I would love to try it when your done. How long do you think it would take?

Will you have mages?

Don;t forget for the orcs you could have trolls, giants, and ogres. Maybe a snotling as a goblin or something.

Sorry but it won't use any new units. Just old ones renamed. :( Frankly, the process of putting in new units is too complicated for me.

I have it almost finished. I have to give my siblings a turn on the computer. :(

Elves: Easy
Orcs: Easy
Sashans: Hard
Humans: Hard
Amazons: Hard
Empire: Easy
UBT: Medium

Ok sounds cool. Sounds simple enough for a good multiplayer game.
