A few bugs

(All these bugs are from version 1.0.0.621)

I cant recall seeing the following couple of bugs in the upcoming patch. Just in case nobody have discovered it, or if Fireaxis doesnt know about them, I'll report it here so that it can become known.

Bug 1: Stacking bug, if you puts a floating unit back to the shore and there is fog on the shore-tile you will be able to stack your unit on top of an enemy unit if one is present beneath the fog

Bug 2: If the AI ask you for help to annihilate a foe or declare war on him, you have the option to say "Give me 10 more turns to prepare". If you do that and the foe gets annihilated before 10 turns has passed, he will still pop up in the diplomacy screen saying "Its time to attack XXX" and when you quit the diplomacy screen all your ally city states pops up with messages "Budapest has declared war on """ and it says nothing who it declared war on because the civ doesnt exist. All city allies says the same here.

Bug 3: (This isnt really a bug, more of an annoyance factor) When you run civilization 5, you cant skip by the intro screen until about 10 seconds into the video, only then will you be able to press a key or mouse to skip the rest.

(I will report more bugs if found)

EDIT 1:

Bug 4: This bug is a sure bug, i've had it through many many games so I'm sure of doing the right thing in reporting it. When you have played a while, all the suddenly air units will not allow themselves to be transferred to any aircraft carriers, I just click it and nothing happens, it just cancels the order. The same thing happens when you want to gift units to other city states, it just cancels. I guess both of these instances use the same code/routine for transferring units so its natural that it affects gifting too. (This bug is serious, to solve it you have to exit civ and reload the game, thats the only thing that works for me)

Bug 5: Once in a while after gifting ships to an ally city states, the ship icon and health bar is still present on the screen, but with 50% health (Strange bug), it will disappear if you reload the game. (I have only had this bug when gifting the unit inside the border with the button on the unit menu, not gifting from the city screen)

.

This isn't a bug.

The game takes some time to load.
The intro video is used to obscure this.
If you turn off the intro video, you still have to wait the same amount of time for the game to actually load.

1: I said "This isnt really a bug but more of an annoyance factor.

2: You should be able to cancel the intro video instantly, even if you dont notice delays it still consumes resources.

One thing I noticed over the weekend which I hope is in the upcoming patch or the one after.
I went to clear out the list of save games which was growing quite long. Used Windows Explorer to open the folders with the save files, selected all files (at once) and deleted en masse.
When I load up the game, the list of files did not update (IIRC it did in cIV)
To make matters worse to clear the list of save game files you have to individually select, delete, and confirm deletion for each save. Annoying as Hell

Would it really be that difficult to have the save game list reflect what is currently in teh save game folders and/or have an option to delete multiple save files from within the game?

This actually must have something to do with your system configuration, as deleting savefiles with updating the list in the load menu (after having restarted the game) does work for me.
Additionally, I don't have to confirm the action of deleting.

Win7 x64, fully patched, btw.
