A few questions about city buildings and wonders

1) Do city buildings that offer bonuses for having a resource nearby (such as the observatory or recycler) provide stacking bonuses for each resource/ trade route or is it a one off bonus?
2) Is there a wonder limit in cities and if so, how many?

As far as I can tell, there is no limit to how many wonder a city can have, and the bonuses buildings provide to tiles/trade routes do stack (IE Observatory will give +1 Science on ALL tiles with firaxite in cities radius, not just one).

Oh that's awesome, thanks. So for another example, would the recycler give production for each trade route?
