1.) How will the votes and everything be combined? Such as, Who will be playing the game where all our opinions are put into play?

2.) Will we (The citizens) be able to watch the history of our civilization played before us, and if so how?

The president will play the game ,the leader's will inform with a summary of the decission's by pm.Election's are held at every end of the month ,the people will vote ,the moderator will hold the poll's and act as ellection master.Default decission's about the game will be made by leader's and president ,unless the people disagree ,wich give them the opportunity to request a poll from the leader for who's decission theyt oppose.

The president will post all general info about the previous turn's in his presidential thread. So check that thread every 2 day's for new info. The leader's will post info and decission's in their respective cabinet thread. So you will have a good overviev of everything that happen's in the nation.

Btw. Falcon02 this is the second time you made a double post and i had to delete one of them.Check for problem's in youre browser or something like that.

Thanks both for letting me know of my double posting and for your responces to my questions

As citizens are we "allowed" to post in the departmental threads? Or, are we just supposed to submit our suggestions in "civilian" threads, or threads we make our own, to keep down the clutter in the heirarchy?

Good question. Duck, in looking for the answer for Falcon02 I found conflicing instructions. In the Constitution the mention for departmental threads is "These thread's will be a way for the citizin's to discuss the decission's of the leader ,and any other discussion's concerning that department." but the the thread instructing the department heads to open the threads it says that only the particular department head is allowed to post in his/her thread. Should there be two threads for each department? One "official" and one "public"?

I decided that citizin's are allowed to post in the depatmental thread's ,because it is easier to oversee ,doesn't make such a mess on the forum and frankly because i know that if i would say that it's not allowed unaware newbie's would post in it anyway(this has been proven so much with such thread's).

shaitan you are correct. there were to be two separate threads for communication. one for the leaders one for the discussions brought on by their decisions. but that mandate is history now... too bad we can't make the dept. threads with a password or permission to post setup. making a sticky for each move would be rediculous, so i guess this openess will make for a lot of reading.
