A few quick questions.

These are present in Civ 5, and I'm curious about 6.

#1 Does it save your advanced settings from when you created a game or do you have to reselect everything again the next time?

#2 Can you reload map if you want a different start?

#3 Is there a Hall of Fame?

Unfortunately, no for the 3.

1. You have to reselect all Advanced Settings again.
2. If what you mean is the "Restart" option from Civ 5, it's also gone; you have to set up your game with the same settings every time you want to reroll.
3. No Hall of Fame added as of now.

You can find the Map Seed from a saved game using the utility found at
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/civ-vi-seed-pitter.606143/

However you need to reset all the other settings to be the same. I think there is also a Restart Mod that might do what you want somewhere.

Regarding #2, there's a mod that allows you to restart called Restart Button
