Only if it's a silent h, and nobody says historic like that except for I guess probably some people out there somewhere, in which case you'd be absolutely right.

I'm all for generic drugs though. Name brand drugs in the U.S. are way too expensive.

"An historic" is certainly the fancier way of saying it.
 
Whenever I see "an historic" it makes me cringe more than any typo or anything of that nature. I have to stop looking at it. I think I have issues

a) levanorgestrel (that's what this thread is about (i presume))
b) combined estrogen and progestogen
c) ulipristal acetate
d) mifepristone​

Different things.
The weird thing is that you need parents permission to get an aspirin and yet this is available over the counter?
This is directly relevant to a teenager's fundamental rights.
 
I like this law, because if I sleep with an hussy, we've got ready access to fixing any mistakes we make.
