A little civ 3 help needed?

Hello all,

I am new to this forum and I was hopin for a little help.

Is it possible to raze a city that is yours?

Also is it possible to change the unit stats for units you think are unbalanced?

I think naval movement points are way too low. (after galleys) Thanks in advance for your help

To modify units:
Run Civ3Edit, select Rules | Edit Rules
Then click on the Units tab and change the Moves to what you want it to be

Rave your own city? I don't believe so but you can build a settler (and maybe a worker) when you are down to a population of 2(1) and the city will disband.
