Who?
So..we all know that a new expansion pack for Civilization IV is on the way and there has been a lot of talking which civilizations and leaders will be in it.
I want to make a game which leaders you'd like to have in the game. (It can be for existing civs or new civs). You must pick one leader that has been important in the history of civilization and name the civilization he led.
You grant...
1 point to your 7th most preferred leader
2 to the 6th
3 to the 5th
4 to the 4th
6 to the 3rd
8 to the 2nd
and 10 the leader you want the most to be in Beyond the sword.
This is similar to another game by taillesskangaru and some old ones I made:
Duel of the leaders
Elimination game: The best civ
Elimination game: The best UU
Europeans might know this system, it's similar to the Eurovision voting system.
Eliminated leaders from round one:
In round two the system is the same (fav. leader gets 10 points, second fav. leader gets 8 etc) - but the leaders available for voting are restricted. You can't vote for any leader now, you must pick your favorite from the list below. Those leaders have qualified to the next round.
Final results of round 2:
In the quarterfinals, the leader in 1st place takes on the leader in 8th place, 2nd place vs. 7th place, 3rd vs. 6th and 4th vs. 5th. We see that Darius and Margaret have the same number of votes, but Darius had more voters voting for him so he's in 4th place.
Final results of Round 3: Quarterfinals
In this round you have to pick the leader of the two dueling who you like better. Let's say you prefer Wu over Hitler, Meiji over Suleiman, Pericles over Cleopatra and Darius over Margaret you say that and the leader you liked better gets 1 vote. It might be a little confusing, but you'll probably get it when you see my voting
Final results of: Round 4 - the semifinals
Fifth and final round::
The winner is Pericles of Greece
Here is the top 10:
1. Pericles of Greece
2. Meiji of Japan
3. Hitler of Germany
4. Darius II of Persia
5. Cleopatra of Egypt
6.-8. Suleiman of the Ottomans
6.-8. Margaret of Scandinavia
6.-8. Empress Wu of China
9. Jeanne d'Arc of France
10. Salomon of Israel
Big thanks to all who participated! It was quite exciting, wasn't it?

- You can change/edit your votes if I haven't said: Updated list on post #1.
- Then he must put them in order and give points according to that.
- There is no correct or wrong answer.
- If you see that for an example that Pericles is in 8th place and Crazy Horse in the 9th place but they have the same amount of votes, it's because Pericles has gotten votes from more persons than Crazy Horse
