So as best I can tell, there's no near future scenario for RoM or RAND, despite the cool near future units.
Rather than about this, I'd like to make one, but I have no idea how to do this, so I'd like:
Any guides anybody is aware of on making scenarios, in particular making scenarios that will still allow the player to choose as many options as possible (IE, game speed, the various options RAND adds to the game etc).
IF anybody knows of a different scenario I might be able to port, or has a recommendation for which map I should use, I'd like those too.
