Instead of human troops, robot soldiers are the main military presence in Iraq, along with autonomous land vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles. These robots are nearly indestructible to conventional arms, and require little in the way of maintenance or supplies. They only have enough intelligence to be perform their duties and to communicate a little. A small contingent of people are still there, the leaders and other officers in Iraq.
