A possible bug report

I've played a couple game so far, and in both of them I got the event where some folks in your city got together and you get a free work boat.

The bug report is: I never get the actual boat.

Is this known in 1.73?

If this is my misunderstanding or a known bug, chalk it up to new-player-in-the-forums

If this is my misunderstanding or a known bug, chalk it up to new-player-in-the-forums

to clear up a possible misunderstanding, that event is the same as 'peasants have built a pasture' you get a finished workboat on a seafood resource, not a workboat unit to use yourself. if you're not getting that, sounds like a bug.

Yep, this happens when you already have a improvement on the tile. I've corrected this for 1.74 a while back.
