A program that will...

...put some files into an .exe and install them. I need it to be able to install in a folder with a variable name in the filepath (in other words, the My Documents folder has the current user's name in the filepath). It would also be good if you could make it like Blue Marble, where there is a dialog box with an install button and an uninstall button, and even a low res button. Where can I download a program like this?

Winzip might be able to zip it as an exe file.

There are other installers out there -- you can search on Microsoft's site. Ainwood (or Aeson, if he's still around) might know of a few, too.

There are (used to be, at least) free programs that let you create installers similar to what you get with commercial games and programs. Haven't messed with them in many years though - Google is your friend.

InnoSetup is a pretty nice one.
NullSoft Scriptable Install System is another.

Both are Windows-only.
