A question about system recovery.

I've already backed up my iTunes music and emailed myself a few documents I want to keep. I can easily redownload or reinstall a few more programs once the recovery is complete.

I just want to be sure before I do a system recovery that it won't damage any programs that came with my computer, WordPerfect, Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, etc.

I don't need to worry about this right?

If you are doing a system recovery, than all of the programs that came on your computer from the factory should be alright.
