No Longer Just Lurking
There are still 2 foreign cities on our continent, on one on a nearby island whose culture claims some more of our continent. All these cities are Persian. Avignon is size 1 in the tundra south of Civantonia, Borazjan is size 4 buy the northern Gems and Hamadan is on a 2 tile island off the SE tundra peninsula. The first 2 are protected by rifles, Hamandan we can't see. In the space claimed by Hamandan on our continent, the Persians have landed a Settler so there is likely to soon be another city to deal with.
When Borazjan expands we will lose our Gems!
The Persians have another 6 cities on islands further away.
we would be able to destroy these cities in 1 or 2 turns and could do so before the main war with Japan.
