a second install of bts question

hi and thanks for any help i get. i want to install a second copy of bts so that i can utilize some mods but keep the original game separate. if i do this can i just install bts to a second folder or do i need to install both civ iv and bts to a second folder? thanks again

just make a copy of your bts folder so that the original is in
\sid meier's civilization 4\beyond the sword\
and the copy is in
\sid meier's civilization 4\beyond the sword copy\
this works and the copy will even create its own my games folder upon first startup so that saves etc. are kept separate. Note though that the uninstall routine will not remove the copy files...
