Recently I try a single city cultural victory game (20000 cultural points) under the SID difficulty and succeed.

The first most important strategy is to build as much Wonders as you can. These Great Wonders are most important since they provide more cultural points than other Wonders:
1. the Great Library -- it provide 6 cultural points per turn and 12 cultural points after 1000 years.
2. the JS Bach -- 6 cultural points per turn.
3. the Shakespeare's Theoter -- 8 cultural points per turn.
Since the AI always do not research the Literature, the Music Theory or the Free Artistry at the first time, these Wonders are not too hard to build for us.

The second strategy is choosing Byzantine, Korea or Greece as our tribe. All of these tribes have Bronze Working and Alphabet as the initial techs. With Bronze Working, we can build the Colossus. With Alphabet, we can research Philosophy or Literature as quickly as possible. These two techs lead to the Mausoleam or the Great Library. As once as we have (the Colossus) and (the Mausoleam / the Great Library), we can enter the Golden Age. During our Golden Age, we can build more Great Wonders of the ancient times.

The geography settings of the world. Small map of continents. The random seed of the map is 8443235.

Turn 19, 3050 BC
Complete the Colossus. Since each square with a road can produce at least 2 commerce under the Colossus, we produce a second worker to build more roads.
Under the Colossus, the science output increase a great mount and the turns needed to researth Writing decrease.

We only need 5 more turns to complete Writing now. It seem we will keep Writing for a long time. So trade Alphabet for other important techs with Inca. We need to build a granay and a temple.
