When we have found a new city-state via exploring the map, it will display a window to inform you can get 15/30 gold. But in my game, though the gold will be given as usual, but no there is no informing window.
Instead, the time is put off, after many turns (I can't count the exact number), a lot of informing window will suddenly display altogether, showing a lot of City-State that you found before.
This bug become more annoying when trying conquer a city. When a city is conquered, usually a window will display to let you choose puppet/occupy/view, but in my game, the window don't display, and the city is occupied automatically. It become even strange that, the occupied city and its population will not count into unhappiness, until I save the game and load again. After many turns the window will display at last, but the city has already been occupied, it make no sense to choose any more.
Anyone has faced the same problem before? What can I do to deal with it?
