I had remade Hukkak's Zulu civilization, and it was working fine before the patch.
After the patch it failed, apparently because some of the city names duplicated names in CIV5_Gametext_Cities (which did not get updated in the patch)
A global replace of KEY_CITY_NAME by KEY_ZULU_CITY_NAME has the Zulus back in action.
It is probably a good idea to avoid using TXT_KEY_CITY_NAME in a mod.
Firaxis is inconsistent: you find Moscow as TXT_KEY_CITY_NAME but Vientiane as TXT_KEY_SIAM_CITY_NAME.
