I have found out the civilizations that will be in use:
1.Rome
2.England
3.Germany
4.France
5.Egypt
6.Morroco
7.Spain
8.Poland
9.Austria (Hungary)
10.Greece
11.Russia
12.Sweden
13.Finland
14.Turkey
15.Babylon
16.Ukraine (?)

What I need help with is:
Unique Units
Civlopedia Entries
Animated Leader Heads (They don't have to animated of course)
Units that have been already created that should be incorporated
Governments

I'm sure that this list will soon be edited so information will always be up to date.
 
I'd be glad to help. What specific items do you need help with? How far are you into the planning stages? Um...start with the Civs. What 16 are you going to include?

Also - you'll get more help moving this thread to the modders' forum (Creation & Customization).
 
I will try to give unique units for civilizations offered there:

1.Rome - Praetorians: faster spearman
2.England - Yeomen: stronger longbowman
3.Germany - Landsknecht: faster swordsman or stronger knight who doesn't demands horses
4.France - Dragoon: faster cavalry
5.Egypt - Bedouin: stronger horseman
6.Morroco - Berber: faster horseman
7.Spain - Conquistador: faster and stronger musketman whon needs horses
8.Poland - Hussar: stronger cavalry
9.Austria (Hungary) - Imperial Guard: rilfleman with better defense
10.Greece - Trirema: faster galley
11.Russia - Strelez: musketman with better defense
12.Sweden - Vasa Revolutionary: musketman with worse defense but much better speed and possibility to walk everywhere as on roads
13.Finland - Moutnain Trooper - faster infantry with possibillity to walk everywhere as on the roads.
14.Turkey - Jannisary - musketman with better defense
15.Babylon - Bowman - as usually...
16.Ukraine - Cossack - as usually...
