Yeah, I'm always doing that. I found in order to actually start doing that on a regular basis I had to join a club where they do it on a regular basis.Regular exercise (30-50 minutes, 3-5 times a week) has been shown to improve both mental and physical ailments. Brisk walking, jogging, gym exercises, swimming, etc. all qualify. The hardest part is often including such exercises into one's routine.
