About modded game results not appearing in civ5 hall of fame

I just finished a GEM+CivUP game with diplomatic victory. There are 2 files with today's date in
f:\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Replays\HallOfFameDatabase.db
f:\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Replays\William_0658 AD-2004-January_0.Civ5Replay

There are no entries in hall of fame interface because I always use mods, right?
It's nice to have feature. Is it possible to enable this feature for GEM/CivUP?

I don't know, honestly. I have not looked at the hall of fame in years. I tend to start new games when I find lots of things to improve.
