Accessing the Gamestop Pre-Order DLC

So I pre-ordered Civ V from Gamestop with in-store pickup, and I totally forgot about the Mediterranean map pack until 2 days later. When I searched the site for how to access the DLC, it said there should be a code with instructions printed on my receipt. I retrieved my receipt, but there is no code, and no mention of the DLC at all. I've been unsuccessful thus far in finding answers on the vast interwebs, so I come to you guys for help. Has anyone else who pre-ordered from Gamestop been able to get the DLC? If so, how?

I'm pretty sure you were to receive a separate card with the key printed on it from gamestop.

Call them up to confirm.

the number you need is one the reciept, along with the instructions on how to use it.

I called their 800-number and the rep told me to take the receipt back to the store, and hopefully they'll be able to give me my code at that point. Thanks for the tip.
