Adding leaderheads problems

Hello em i had Problems with add New leaderheads to Civ gold the leaaderheads was Ekmek's Leaderhead like his roman leader heads and george the 3rd can you help? i sould say there coming out purple and some come out as just the leaderhead with no civ with it
