Adding new modular civs to K-Mod?

A question from a K-Mod noob:

Is it possible to add new modular civs to K-Mod by setting "ModularLoading = 1" in K-Mod.ini?

If it is not (currently) possible, can someone guide me to what changes will be necessary to allow ModularLoading?

If the changes require editing some .dll files, so be it. I have some experience with programming, and (I think) I have all tool chain necessary to compile the .dll files.
 
Turning on modular loading should work - except that K-Mod has a little bit more information in the leaderhead xml files. i.e. each leader has victory condition preferences, added by the "better AI" mod. So if you add new leaders, they'll need their own values for those things as well.
